A Dedicated (Always online) Physical Leased Circuit (Connection) between a Customer and Flashnet. Basic Leased Line Options are deployed in increments of 64Kbit/s up to 2Mbit/s. Customers with Greater Bandwidth requirements are able to connect via multiple �basic leased lines� or alternatively via the relevant Telco�s ATM Circuits, up to 155 Mbit/s.

Leased Line (Internet Connectivity via Flashnet)
Flashnet will always keep you informed on that status and happenings of your line, be it the leased line temporarily going down due to technical difficulty with the relevant Telco or perhaps technological break through�s which possibly, could assist in saving costs and/or improving quality of service.

Flashnet will also ensure that, in the case of downtime due to technical difficulty with the relevant Telco, that the problem is reported to the Telco in question. Flashnet will also inform you of these happenings and provide you will the relevant information pertaining to the problem.

Dedicated Bandwidth
Dedication of a selected portion of bandwidth, depending on the requirement. Both International and Local Bandwidth slots per 64Kbit/s increment up to 155 Mbit/s. With no local or international bandwidth limits imposed on your access. Dedicated Internet is ideal for businesses that do business internationally and have high-quality usage requirements.

Dedicated GIB:
Guaranteed International Bandwidth (GIB) caters for businesses for which constant, consistent guaranteed international Internet communication is an everyday prerequisite. Customers� traffic is given high priority, allowing for consistent service at all times, which is especially valuable at times of typical network congestion.

Shared Bandwidth (Sharing ratio dependant on Your specification)
Sharing a selected amount of bandwidth according to the sharing scale specified by the customer (e.g. 1:2 or 1:3 Internet contention ratios) in order to save bandwidth cost. Bandwidth within this option will be dedicated after hours.

Bursting after Hours
Flashnet will allow a customer to use the full potential of his physical Leased Line after hours. In order to save costs. For example: A Customer Rents a 128Kbit/s Physical Leased Line from the relevant Telco. He then Rents 48Kbit/s from Flashnet, and Flashnet will allow him to use the full potential of his Leased Line after Hours (7pm to 7am).
