Diginet/ISDN Backup

We can configure redundant Telkom lines to back-up your Internet service, provided you have a Diginet line as your primary connection. The back-up line can be a second Diginet line or an ISDN line. To utilise this line, there must be a second Diginet/ISDN port available on your router.

We will configure your router to detect if the primary line has failed and to automatically utilise the back-up line in the event of a failure. This is a hot-standby solution, ensuring that you do not experience any degradation of service or packet loss on your network.
