FlashnetSMS Premium Overview
This is when the mobile user is billed at a Premium rate every time they send a message to a Premium Rated number.

The following Number Types are offered in South Africa:
Dedicated Shortcodes
- An exclusive cross-network compatible 5-digit number.
- Examples: 31000, 32007, 35001.
- Each number range is related to a specific price. This is pre-determined by the operators. Examples:
- 2xxx number range is a R1.00 price band
- 42xxx number range is a R30.00 price band
- A minimum of 2000 inbound (MO) messages is required per month for Vodacom and 500 for MTN.
Shared Shortcode - Keyword Service
- A cross-network compatible 5-digit number that you share with other FlashnetSMS customers.
- All messages received by FlashnetSMS with your chosen Keyword at the start of the message, are sent to your account. Example: Number 32506, Keyword = house
- Each number range is related to a specific price. This is pre-determined by the operators. Examples:
- 2xxx number range is a R1.00 price band
- 42xxx number range is a R30.00 price band
- A minimum of 500 inbound (MO) messages is required per month
